System Implementation

  • Analysed complex systems to optimise business efficiency while equipping businesses with resources to support growth.

  • Orchestrated implementation of SAP B1 for UK and Latam business. 

  • Developed user manuals and implemented training to roll out new ERP systems with little or no disruption to business activities and manufacturing schedules.

  • Owner of Project Systems (PS) and Sales and Distribution (SD) whilst project managing large SAP system rollout for BAE Systems; migrated from existing LN Info ERP financial systems.

  • Designed and implemented three-dimensional reporting to provide dynamic, real-time transactional and performance reporting  to optimise decision-making confidence throughout finance and non-finance teams.

  • Utilised Power BI to implement new online management reporting packs with targeted key performance indicators for measuring manufacturing and distribution, quality and customer satisfaction.
